Your Settings, explained
Settings tells your agent what you're trying to achieve and how to behave. Changes save automatically, and your agent reads them every time it runs.
What's on the Settings tab
| Section | What it does |
|---|---|
| Your business goals | Plain-English goals that Einstein and your daily email agent steer towards: lead targets, services to push, markets to enter, anything to protect or avoid. |
| Campaign objective | What success looks like: ecommerce sales, leads, bookings or subscriptions, plus your target cost per lead (or return on ad spend) and target area. |
| Account info | Your website and connected ad accounts, with goals per account. These are managed by our team; reply help please if something needs changing. |
| Advertising compliance | Rule sets for your industry. The agent checks them before writing any ad copy, keyword or targeting change, and never recommends anything that breaks them. You can add your own rules too. |
| Login password | Set or change your dashboard password. |
| Business details | The phone number and email our team uses to reach you. |
| Authorised emails | Who can email your agent. See Authorised emails. |
| Your top competitors | Up to five businesses you compete with on Google. These power Competitor Spy. Suggest with AI can fill them in for you. |
| Brand | Logo, colours, fonts, tagline, tone of voice and words to avoid. Used for every ad, email and design. Scan website and Run deep brand scan fill this in from your site. |

Connecting an online store
Until your store is connected, sales figures are what Google and Meta report, and both can claim the same sale. To see your store's real sales, reply to your daily email with please connect my Shopify store and our team will set it up.
Email frequency
How often your agent emails you is on the Preferences tab. See How often we email you, and who can email your agent.
