Connecting your Google Ads and Facebook accounts
Your agent works inside your own ad accounts. You keep ownership, your ad spend is billed directly by Google and Meta, and you can remove our access at any time.
Connect Google Ads
The quickest way is the Connect with Google button on your onboarding form. It appears when you answer "No" to "Have you already granted us access?".
- Click Connect with Google.
- Sign in with the Google account you use for Google Ads. It needs admin access to the ad account.
- Review the permissions Google shows you and click Continue.
- You'll come back to Campaign Brain once the connection is finished.
It takes about 30 seconds, and you don't need to send us a manager-account invitation.
What this access allows. We can read your performance data straight away. Any change to your account is only made after you approve it. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account.
The Google account you sign in with needs admin access to the ad account. If yours doesn't have it, ask whoever owns the Google Ads account to make you an admin, or to connect it themselves. If you'd rather not connect it yourself, use the access link in your welcome email or reply to it, and our team will help.
Don't have a Google Ads account yet?
Choose Please create one for us on the onboarding form and we'll set one up. You'll add your own payment details to it, so Google bills you directly for your ad spend.
Connect Facebook & Instagram (Meta)
If you have the Facebook & Instagram Ads agent, use the Grant Meta access button on your onboarding form, or the Facebook link in your welcome email. It opens a secure page that walks you through sharing your ad account with us. Approve the request and you're done. If you don't have an ad account yet, choose Please create one for us.
Tracking and call recording
You don't need to set these up. Our team installs or checks your conversion tracking and switches on call tracking during setup. If we need access to your website to do it, we'll get in touch.
Your accounts stay yours
- Your ad accounts stay in your name and you keep full ownership.
- Ad spend is charged by Google and Meta to your own payment method, not through us.
- Nothing changes in your accounts without your approval. See Approving, declining and changing suggestions.
- You can remove our access whenever you like. See Your ad accounts, access and data.
Still stuck? Reply help please to any Campaign Brain email and our Sydney team will pick it up, or call 1300 304 640. See Getting help from a person.
