Changing or cancelling your plan

There's no lock-in contract. You can change or cancel your plan by letting us know.

Adding or removing an agent

To add an agent (for example Facebook & Instagram Ads alongside Google Ads) or drop one, email hello@campaignbrain.io or call 1300 304 640. We'll confirm the new monthly price in writing before anything changes.

Just need a break from emails?

You don't need to cancel to get some quiet. Turn on Pause all agent emails on the Preferences tab, or switch to a weekly email. See How often we email you. Your subscription continues while emails are paused.

Cancelling

1. Email hello@campaignbrain.io at least 7 days before your next billing date.
2. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
3. Tell us whether you'd like us to remove our access to your ad accounts or hand over anything we set up for you, and we'll do it.

Monthly fees aren't refunded for a period that has already started. The full terms are in our Terms & Conditions.

After you cancel

Your Google Ads and Facebook ad accounts are yours and stay with you, including your campaigns, history and any tracking we installed. You can also remove our access yourself. See Your ad accounts, access and data.
