Plans, billing and invoices

Your subscription is billed monthly in advance. Your ad spend is separate: Google and Meta charge it to your own payment method.

Plans

Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. Setup is included. See Pricing for what's in each plan.

Update your card or download invoices

1. Sign in and go to campaignbrain.io/billing.
2. Under Payment method & invoices, click Open billing portal.
3. Update your card or download past invoices, then return to Campaign Brain.

The Billing page also shows your plan status and your next charge date. Only the account owner can open the billing portal. If you see "Only owners can manage billing", ask the person who set up the account.

If a payment fails

1. Your card is retried automatically, and your Billing page shows Past due.
2. We email you ("Payment failed on your Campaign Brain subscription") with a link to update your card. The email says how many days you have before your subscription is suspended.
3. In the meantime your agent keeps working, and your daily emails carry a payment reminder.
4. If payment still can't be collected, your subscription is suspended and we email you to say so. While suspended, your agent stops sending updates and acting on replies.

To restore a suspended subscription, update your card in the billing portal. As soon as payment goes through, your agent picks up where it left off.
